Special Olympics Ontario: Oakville 10 Pin Bowling

In The Pocket
Statement

We are a small group that welcomes any new bowlers, experience IS NOT required. Age is not a factor. In fact, 10 Pin bowling operates on a handicap system, so your average is your average regardless of the number. The handicap system makes it fair for everyone.

We are a competitive, travelling program with a minimum six tournaments a year. We average a tournament every five weeks. (but none from December 15th to January 31st) Some of the places we go to are Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Saint Catharines and Kingston.

Our ultimate goal is to win, but in order to accomplish this we stress that we must have fun, because if you are having fun you will automatically bowl better.

Skill development is stressed weekly and all coaches are at least NCCP level 1 certified.
